Being Peace- A Study & Discussion Group

Units will include: Thich Nhat Hanh's book "Being Peace," Buddhist nun Pema Chodron's book, "The Places That Scare You," the concept of the Shadow side of ourselves- what it represents and how to claim it (as opposed to burying it)- and Byron Katie's, "The Work," a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause our suffering.
